Every piece is carefully inspected, elegantly packaged, and securely shipped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹3,000 across India.

For orders below ₹3,000, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders across most serviceable locations.

To help reduce fraudulent, fake, and unaccepted orders, certain COD orders may require a small advance payment before dispatch. The advance amount will be adjusted against your total order value, and the remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery.

Any applicable advance payment requirements will be clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.

The advance payment is non-refundable only if the order is cancelled after confirmation, refused at the time of delivery, or the delivery fails due to customer-related reasons (such as an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment). If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, the advance payment will be refunded in full.

This policy helps us maintain a reliable Cash on Delivery service while reducing fraudulent and unaccepted shipments.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery (after dispatch)

• Chandigarh Tricity: 1–3 business days 
• Rest of India: 2–5 business days

Please note that customised or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email and Whatsapp, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.

We are delighted to ship worldwide.

Complimentary international shipping is available on all orders above ₹30,000.

For orders below ₹30,000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package dimensions, and weight.

Delivery Timelines

International orders are generally dispatched within 1–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

We work with trusted international logistics partners to ensure reliable and secure delivery worldwide.

Please note that customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other local charges are not included in our prices and must be borne by the customer, as per the regulations of the destination country.

Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or redirect the package.
• While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs procedures, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Certain products may require additional processing time due to sourcing, production, or customisation requirements.
• In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster and safer delivery.
• We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure secure and timely delivery.
• Every shipment is carefully packed to minimise the risk of damage during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product.
